Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use Forma. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide, including your date of birth, is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current. You can delete your account at any time from within the app under Settings.

Forma is a fitness and nutrition tracking app with an AI coaching feature called Delta. It is a tool to help you organize training and nutrition and to offer general guidance.

Forma is not a medical service. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional health advice, and nothing in the app should be treated as a substitute for a qualified professional. Delta generates suggestions automatically and can be wrong. Always consult a doctor or qualified professional before starting a new training program, changing your diet, or if you have any health condition or concern. You use Forma's guidance at your own discretion and risk.

Forma offers a free tier (Core) and a paid tier (Pro). Delta AI coaching is included with Pro.

Pro is $19.99 per month. New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your Apple ID is charged $19.99. The subscription then renews monthly at $19.99 until you cancel. Renewal is charged to your Apple ID within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Free trials are limited to one per Apple ID subscription group. If you have previously used a Forma trial, you will be charged at the start of the subscription.

We may offer promotional trials of a different length — for example, an extended trial for people who joined our launch list before release. The terms of any such offer are shown before you redeem it.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by region. Pricing and features may change; we'll give notice of material changes.

You agree not to:

• Use Forma for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the security or access controls of the app.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service or its AI features.

The data you enter — your logs, profile, and messages to Delta — remains yours. You grant us permission to process it as needed to operate the app and provide coaching, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep Forma running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, and the app may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Forma is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on its guidance, including guidance generated by Delta. Because Forma involves physical activity and nutrition, you accept the inherent risks and agree to exercise your own judgment.

You may stop using Forma and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service or its users.

We may update these terms as Forma evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of the page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
